By purchasing a custom piece of jewelry from My Forget Me Knot Keepsakes you are adhering to the following terms and conditions below.
General:
Each keepsake is handcrafted and 100% unique. We are unable to replicate or copy any previous work. Due to its handmade nature, any bubbles and small irregularities are normal and will vary from piece to piece.
Cancelation of orders:
I offer cancellations and order changes in the first 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation. After that there is no refund available. This is because we have already ordered the materials to create your keepsake. If you need to change or cancel your contact us at myforgetmeknotkeepsakes@gmail.com
Returns and Refunds:
My Forget Me Knot Keepsakes is not obligated to accept the return of any keepsakes. Due to the handmade nature of the jewelry I do not accept returns.
Shipping:
I highly recommend that when you mail your keepsakes to us you pay for a tracking number. This is a way to monitor your keepsakes that is in transit to us for any mishaps. If your keepsakes are lost in transit you should send more keepsakes. However, never send us the last of your keepsakes. My Forget Me Knot Keepsakes is not responsible for any loss from any failed delivery of your keepsakes.
Payment:
All payments must be made in full before any settings or crafting begins. This also includes but not limited to Lay-Buy.
Prices posted do not include shipping or delivery unless otherwise stated.
Once payment has been received My Forget Me Knot Keepsakes must receive your keepsakes within 3 months or your order will be marked as fulfilled and result in the forfeit of your order and payment.
Delivery:
Our current turnaround time is 4-28 weeks. This is also depending on how quickly I receive your keepsakes. Delivery time is an estimate and can change without notice. My Forget Me Knot Keepsakes is not responsible for and loss, damaged, stolen, or delay to the client. The client should inspect your delivered keepsakes immediately upon delivery. You will have 7 days after delivery to apply for a defect claim, after the 7 days the keepsakes are deemed accepted. To file a claim please email us at myforgetmeknotkeepsakes@gmail.com. If the defect claim is accepted, you will receive an email with instructions. We will not be responsible for postage costs of keepsakes if defect claim is accepted.
Warranties:
Free repairs will be granted to clients within the first 2 months. This does not include damage to a setting that is not a manufacture flaw such as breakage of prongs. The client will be responsible for postage to us and My Forget Me Knot Keepsakes will cover return postage. After the 2 month period for repairs to be requested an invoice will be sent at the rate determined by My Forget Me Knot Keepsakes and must be paid immediately before any work on the keepsake will take place. We will not cover postage outside the 2 month window.
Limitation of Liability Disclaimer:
I understand the keepsakes you send me are very precious to you but some things cannot be controlled. By purchasing from My Forget Me Knot Keepsakes and Christina Jones cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged materials due to fire, flood theft, earthquake, tornado, blizzard, or any other Act of God. For this reason, please do not send me all you have of your keepsake (be it breastmilk, ashes, placenta power, hair, etc.). This is to ensure that you are able to have a backup should something happen, and you need to send more of your keepsakes. We will adjust these terms and conditions at anytime by notice in writing to the client.
